This is already the third cuboid in a series on skin care.

In the first installment we focused on oils.

In the second installment we added two more essential ingredients for great skin.

In the current installment we will list two activities that help great skin.

Activity 1: Exercise

As you have been told a thousand times already, you should already be exercising.

Anyways, exercise is great for your skin.

Activity 2: Sex

I have always believed that sex is good for one’s skin.

However, I do not know if research corroborates this. :-)
