Skin care

Please forget about everything you have ever read about skin care.
Because I will explain you the very best way - for free, without an agenda, and without advertising anything.
Step 1: get a good 1-liter bottle:
Step 2: get a spatula to mix
The spatula should fit inside the bottle.
Step 3: get the right oils
Make sure they are high quality.
Sunflower seed oil
High in linolenic acid (LA).
Flaxseed oil
High in α-linolenic acid (ALA).
Algae oil
High in Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Safflower oil
High in LA.
Walnut oil
High in ALA
Evening primrose oil
High in γ-Linolenic acid (GLA).
Borage oil
High in GLA.
Blackcurrant oil
High in GLA.
Step 4: mix the oils in the bottle
I would recommend the following ratio:
- 175 ml sunflower
- 175 ml flax
- 250 ml algae
- 75 ml safflower
- 75 ml walnut
- 100 ml primrose
- 100 ml borage
- 50 ml blackcurrant
Step 5: apply on all skin daily after showering

Addendum: a note about skin creams
To fill your 1-liter bottle, you will pay about 110 euros.
The combination of oils contains everything your skin needs in wild abundance.
You can also use a bit for cooking, making deoderant, massages, perfume, etc.
Now compare this with a random skin screan.
This skin cream is 35 euros for 50 ml. So 700 euros/liter.
Now let’s look at the ingredients:
Aqua, Isostearyl Isostearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Coco-Caprylate, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Niacinamide, Ceteth-10 Phosphate, Dicetyl Phosphate, Phenoxyethanol, Glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Leontopodium Alpinum Meristem Cell Culture, Ethylhexylglycerin, Tocopheryl Acetate, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Retinyl Palmitate, Xanthan Gum, Tocopherol.
Some of these ingredients aren’t even good for your skin.
- Butyrospermum Parkii Butter (a.k.a. shea butter) is likely comedogenic, meaning that it causes acne.
- Retinyl Palmitate may increase the risk of skin cancer, tumors, lesions, and melanoma.
And this is one of the better skin creams there is. Others have ingredients that are much worse for skin.
I would like to see how much fatty acids this skin cream actually contains. Without doing a lab test I can already tell you: a tiny percentage. Most ingredients are synthetic garbage (of the harmless kind). Note how the cream also promises anti-aging - without any evidence of course, because there is no evidence.
And again, you pay 6 times more for this cream than for a 100% pure combination of rich, varied active ingredients: a mix that contains such exquisite oils as those from walnut trees and borage plants.
Well, you do the math. Meanwhile I will wonder why I ever decided to write cuboids for free - this knowledge is at least worth a couple hundred euros! Enjoy! ;)
